- I have completed a free shipping transaction but my order hasn't shipped.

The first step is the carefully read the shipping options at checkout.

The option at 0.01$ is to CUMULATE ORDERS to get free shipping once the minimum amount, based on your location is reached. See below for details.

Selecting any of these options means your order won't ship.

You can view which option you selected on your order confirmation page and in the confirmation email received.

- How do my order qualify for free shipping ?

Your order will ship for free, in Canada, if your total purchases, before taxes, reaches the following levels, based on location.

QC, ON : Free Shipping On Orders Over 99$. 

NS, MB, NB, SK, AB, BC : Free Shipping On Orders Over 119$.

NL, PEI, NWT : Free Shipping On Orders Over 129$.

- Is there a way to accumulate orders and get free shipping later ?

The following option is offered to all our Canadian customers. It is available at checkout and is easy to use. Simply complete your transaction and secure your item(s). Once the required amount of shippable items is reached, we will process your orders.*

- What are the shipping rates on orders that don't qualify for free shipping?

QC, ON : Flat Rate Shipping: 13$ plus applicable taxes

AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, SK : Flat Rate Shipping: 18$ plus applicable taxes.

NL, PEI, NWT : Flat Rate Shipping: 25$ plus applicable taxes.

Continental US Shipping, NO PO BOX: $20 CAD

Sale items and bulk orders are excluded from free shipping offer to the US.

- Free shipping, insurance and liability.

The declared value of a package represents our maximum liability in connection with the shipment of that package including, any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery relating to that shipment. 

Therefore, each shipment is automatically insured up to CAD 100$, before taxes and excluding shipping costs. Exposure to and risk of any loss in excess of this declared value is assumed by the buyer. Additional insurance is available at buyer's expenses, on all shipment.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery relating to any shipment.

The Shop App does not reflect our actual inventory situation. Please refer to our website for item availability. Items ordered while not in stock will not be cancelled or removed from an order. Orders will not ship unless all items are received from the vendors.
