SHIPPING POLICY
I completed a transaction using the free shipping option, but my order has not shipped
Please carefully review the shipping options selected at checkout.
The option priced at $0.01 is intended to CUMULATE ORDERS in order to qualify for free shipping once the minimum purchase threshold for your region has been reached (see details below).
Selecting this option means your order will be held and will not ship immediately.
You can verify the shipping option selected on your order confirmation page as well as in the confirmation email received after your purchase.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders shipped within Canada qualify for free shipping once the subtotal before taxes reaches the following amounts:
Quebec & Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD
Nova Scotia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, Alberta & British Columbia: Free shipping on orders over $119 CAD
Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island & Northwest Territories: Free shipping on orders over $129 CAD
Shipping Policy – Sale Items & Bulk Orders Exclusion
Free shipping offers apply only to regular-priced merchandise and standard consumer order quantities.
The following exclusions apply:
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for free shipping unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bulk or high-quantity orders (including but not limited to wholesale-style purchases or unusually large quantities of a single item or multiple SKUs) are excluded from free shipping eligibility.
• Orders flagged as resale, distributor, or non-retail purchasing behavior may be removed from free shipping benefits at our discretion.
• Shipping charges for excluded orders will be added by our team based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Any order being cancelled once shipping has been quoted will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to review, adjust, or cancel free shipping eligibility if an order is determined to fall outside standard retail purchasing patterns.
Can I accumulate multiple orders to qualify for free shipping later?
Yes. The following option is available to all Canadian customers at checkout.
Simply complete your purchase to reserve your item(s). Once the required amount in eligible shippable items has been reached, we will process and ship your accumulated orders.*

What are the shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping?
Quebec & Ontario: Flat rate shipping of $13 CAD plus applicable taxes
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Saskatchewan: Flat rate shipping of $18 CAD plus applicable taxes
Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island & Northwest Territories: Flat rate shipping of $25 CAD plus applicable taxes
Continental United States (No PO Boxes): $20 CAD
Please note that we do not send automatic follow-up emails regarding accumulated shipping totals. Customers are welcome to contact us at any time through our contact page or by phone at 450-741-4447 for an update on their eligible shipping total.
Sale items and bulk orders are excluded from free shipping offers to the United States.
Free Shipping, Insurance & Liability
The declared value of a shipment represents our maximum liability related to that shipment, including any loss, damage, delay, or delivery issue.
All shipments are automatically insured up to a maximum value of $100 CAD before taxes and excluding shipping costs.
Any loss exceeding the declared value is assumed by the buyer. Additional insurance coverage is available at the buyer’s expense for all shipments.
Le Noise is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or delivery issues related to shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier.

A Note for Customers Outside Canada
If you place an order for delivery outside Canada, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or fees imposed by your local customs authority, government, or tax agency. For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT may be charged by the carrier or customs authority upon import, in accordance with local regulations.
Any unclaimed or refused parcel returned to us will have both shipping costs and carrier processing fees deducted from any applicable refund.

Items ordered while temporarily out of stock will not be automatically cancelled or removed from the order. Orders will ship only once all items have been received from our suppliers.
