Returns

Purchases made on our website can be returned for an exchange or refund within 21 days from ship date.  After 21 days, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

We do not refund original shipping costs or shipping costs associate to any return or refund.


To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be unused and new. It must also be in the original packaging.
- T-Shirts must be unworn and unwashed
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error won't be accepted.
- Any item returned past the 21 days since ship date won’t be accepted.

Defective items will only be replaced with the same item, delays may apply. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In the rare case an item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping is at the customer's fees and are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and considered as sold as is, final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or as new. Defective items will only be exchanged for the same item, pending availability.  In case of an item being not available, a refund will be issued. Please send us an email at info@lenoise.ca

You are responsible for any shipping costs applicable when returning an item for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In case of a defective item, a return label will be issued.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages sent to us. In case of loss or damages, you will need to contact the mail carrier used.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
