Returns
Purchases made on our website can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 21 days from ship date. After 21 days, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do not refund original shipping costs or shipping costs associated to any return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and new. It must also be in the original packaging.
- T-Shirts must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error won't be accepted.
- Any item returned past the 21 days since ship date won’t be accepted.
You are responsible for any shipping costs applicable when returning an item for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A return label can be provided and the shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping is at the customer's fees and are not refundable. A return label can be provided and the shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Sale items (if applicable)
All items on sale cannot be refunded and considered as sold as is, final sale.
Defective items:
Defective items will only be exchanged for the same item, pending availability. In case of an item being not available, an exchange, a refund or a store credit can be issued. Please send us an email at lenoise.ca@gmail.com with your defective case. We may require pictures of the item being destroyed prior to issuing a refund in certain occasion. You will be notified if this is the case. Please proceed with caution when destroying the item.
Replacement copies of defective items will only be shipped combined to a new order or if customer agrees to pay the standard shipping fees.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages sent to us. In case of loss or damages, you will need to contact the mail carrier used. Your item must be packaged to ensure the item does not get damaged in transit.
