RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellations
PREORDERS, REQUEST NEXT and SPECIAL ORDERS cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
For all other orders, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been received at our warehouse, processed, or shipped. Once an order has reached any of these stages, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our standard return policy.
Le Noise reserves the right to apply a 5% restocking fee to any cancelled order. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount issued to the customer.
Returns
• We accept returns within 21 days of purchase or delivery of your online order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging.
• Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags attached.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and considered final sale.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take between 2 and 10 business days to appear on your statement.
• Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Items marked with a price ending in “.00” are considered final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label can be provided upon request, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns.
Le Noise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
Defective Items Policy
Defective items will be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, an exchange, refund, or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
To report a defective item, please contact us at stjean@lenoise.ca with details of the issue. In some cases, we may require photographic proof or confirmation that the item has been destroyed prior to issuing a refund. You will be informed if this applies to your case. Please exercise caution when disposing of any item.
Replacement units for defective items will only be shipped with a new order or if the customer agrees to cover standard shipping fees.

When returning any item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the event of loss or damage, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
