Here are some FAQs that might help you getting an answer quicker:

Q- When will my order ship ? A- We do our best to get all orders out in 1-3 business days. Delays might occur given the current situation.

Q- Did you get my email ? A- We did receive your email so please do not send a second one. Emails are read from old to new. If you send a new email, you only make things longer. We try to answer all of our mail 1-3 business days. Delays might occur given the current situation.

Q- My tracking number doesn't work. A- Shipped orders might take 24 hours to be active carrier's website. Shipments made on Fridays and weekend days will only show active the following Monday on the carrier's website.
