When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.

In-stock, non-pre-order items shipping within Canada are sent via Canada Post based on weight and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

International shipments, including the United States and Mexico, are also shipped via Canada Post and may take up to 21 business days to arrive. These shipments may be held by local customs authorities for an additional 10–14 days depending on the regulations in your country. As such, we recommend allowing 4–6 weeks for delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays are processed on the next business day in the order they were received.

A Note for Customers Outside Canada

If you place an order for delivery outside Canada, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or fees imposed by your local customs authority, government, or tax agency. For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT may be charged by the carrier or customs authority upon import, in accordance with local regulations.

Any unclaimed or refused parcel returned to us will have both shipping costs and carrier processing fees deducted from any applicable refund.

Pre-Order Merchandise

Select products may be available for pre-order and will be clearly marked as “Pre-Order” in the product title. Estimated release dates are provided on the product page but are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer or supplier delays.

We make every effort to ship pre-order items so they arrive on or before the scheduled release date; however, delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

All items within an order containing a pre-order item will ship together on the latest pre-order release date in that order. If multiple pre-order items are included, the order will ship based on the latest release date.

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

In some cases, allocated stock may not be sufficient to fulfill all pre-orders. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected orders.

For Canadian customers wishing to receive release-day titles, we recommend placing pre-orders at least 10 days prior to the release date. International orders will not arrive by release date and may require an additional 3–4 weeks for delivery, plus potential customs delays of 10–14 days. We recommend allowing 4–6 weeks total for international delivery.

Prices are subject to change, which may result in order cancellation where necessary.

Pricing Policy

We do not match or offer discounts based on pricing found on other websites.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error on the website.

Order Holding & Cancellation Policy

Paid orders may be held for up to 6 months. After this period, orders may be cancelled without prior notice. A refund notification will be issued by email.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. We are not responsible for changes to customer payment accounts or banking information.
